Snap-to-axes scrolling support #76

In the android web browser, if I flick my finger to scroll up or down, then of
course my finger doesn't move *perfectly* up or down -- it has some horizontal
motion too. But unless this horizontal motion passes some threshold, the
browser ignores it, and scrolls along the vertical axis only. (And similarly
for horizontal scrolling.)

In vudroid, when I read multi-column PDFs, and resize so that a single column
fills the screen, then each time I try to scroll down the view drifts slightly
to the right or the left, and then I have to adjust it back again. This is
annoying, and it would be much nicer if vudroid had scrolling behavior more
like the browser, where almost-vertical/almost-horizontal scrolling motion was
snapped to the axis.
