Is there a way to use the tool to convert a text from Romaji to original Japanese?

No, that is a very different and much harder problem.

Actually, if you just want to convert to hiragana/katakana that isn't too bad, though there are still plenty of ambiguous cases. Either way it's out of scope for cutlet.
