chore(python): remove support for older Python versions #48

Description

This PR removes support for Python 3.5-3.7 that reached EOL. As this could be a breaking change, it would be nice to highlight this change in next release.

I am not interested in adding Trove classifiers for Python versions because I don't think anyone uses them and I will definitely forget to update them later.
