can't open https://poloclub.github.io/cnn-explainer/ if no vpn.

Hello, I can visit the demo now. GitHub had some system issue from 5/5 0:45-2:51 UTC, maybe that caused some issue to access the demo. Please try again and let us know how :) I will close the issue for now.
