I don't recognize that output; it doesn't look like it came from any of the code in this library or its examples. Unless you are sure it really is a problem with the library, posting on the Pololu forum is probably a better way to ask for help. Please include details like what kind of controller you are using, how everything is connected, and what code you are running.
