Added Ability to Customize Color and Name of existing Status and add and remove additional Status

I'm going to review/test this in detail for different migration tests I have, but will definitely merge before the next release.

Really appreciate the effort put towards getting this implemented. It has been on my backlog for far too long. Thank you.
