Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:
What happened: I have just installed trudesk and I can't figure out how to open tickets for other groups. I as admin created 2 groups, group A and group B, and also created 2 users (user A and user B) and assigned them to group A and B respectively. I can't open a ticket from user A and assign it on group B, in the drop down menu I can only find group A.
What did you expect to happen:
I expect to open a ticket and assign it on any other groups, let's say a user in the HR group wants to open a ticket and assign it on Finance group. so that all the users in both groups would see that ticket. how could I achieve such a thing, I also don't understand the importance of the ( team/department ) tabs
