Dashboard showing wrong count of tickets.

What happened: Showing one ticket though we have created 2 tickets

What did you expect to happen: I have expecting the dashboard to show 1 ticket

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): check if the dashboard is relfecting the number of tickts correctly. I created one ticket on jan 9th and 1 ticket on jan 11th. I checked the dashboard on Jan 11th.

Also for agent for whom no tickets are visible its still showing 1 ticket in the dashboard.

Environment: Production

• Trudesk Version: latest
• OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release): linux
• Node.JS Version: used container installation
• MongoDB Version:used container installation
