Allow snapping objects to arbitrary pixel grid #23

It would be nice to add a snap to grid option here similar to the grid snapping present in google slides (View -> Snap To -> Grid), which snaps objects to small increments of pixels/inches (fixed in size). This allows for more exact absolute positioning of objects (e.g. placing an object exactly at 100 x and 100 y).

For now, I don't want to add it into Polotno core. It may be possible to do with a little customization: https://polotno.com/docs/demo-grid/
