What happened?

The build is also triggered for tags (because the website shows the latest version). I apparently didn't allow tags to publish to github pages in the environment protection rule. Should be fixed now.

I reopen the issue, because #790 and #791 are still blocked. But I do not see which rule and I suppose it is connected to this.

Ah heck, I migrated the branch protection rule to a ruleset and checked a wrong box :)

I checked "Restrict Updates" in the corresponding Rule Set Rule
