Upstream hasn't merged any changes in a while and I'm doubting it will soon and some of the changes are actually worth being merged early.
Would have liked to include the fix where notification request approvals get revoked when blocking an account, but it depends on a change not included in this PR and I don't want to merge that change yet (severed relationship notifications) for the same reason as upstream.
