[WIP] Add config to admin dashboard #529

This is intended to make the admin dashboard more useful by showing which options are enabled via env. I'm not sure how useful this is in practice though.

This currently only adds the dimension and is non-functional.

Ah, right, this was made more or less obsolete by adding a setting for authorized fetch
