Add Version information to application #36

Solve #34

This PR adds version information about the application to the docker image and the application.

Example:

VERSION_NAME=td/versioning
VERSION_HASH=a3325084999a1b46fe56d3bad71775fa23247be5
VERSION_CREATOR=lukeelten

@lukeelten Im Frontend docker build scheinen die Variablen "VERSION_HASH" und "VERSION_NAME" noch nicht korrekt gesetzt.
