formula parse
Replaces the cfg parse command.
Loads the file into a formula instead of just being yaml->json
This has side effects such as stripping extra fields
which could impact anything relying on it.
formula hash
Prints the setup hash of the formula.
The exact behavior of this may change as we don't have setup/result
hashes well defined yet.
