Improved readmy by giving example how to install this extension effortlessly

Due to frustations on my side i added an example on how to easily load this extension from the duckdb ce repos.

Yes, this extension is now available as a community extension -- so it's much easier to instal than before. Thank you for the PR. 😊 After merging, I will also remove the part that references the S3 installation
