FX 1st / play once a sound or a midi data #1157

hello, an idea: add an Fx function to say that a step is only played on its first pattern reading an equivalence of "1st" of elektron machines, this would allow for example to trigger data only once at the first reading of a pattern.

+1 I suggested the x/x iteration in another request, I think as well as 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc could be useful too.

So, as well as 1/4 etc you could have 1/inf meaning that it only plays that time only and does not repeat until the pattern plays again, either manually or in song, ie does not loop.
