pattern change via midi program change #1188

i propose 2 types:

  1. instant pattern change as soon as a midi pg is sent to tracker.

  2. cued pattern change. allow current pattern to finish before going to the next.

these two could be an option in the menu setting.

my polyend tracker is part of a larger setup with squarp pyramid sequencer at the center. i would like to control which pattern is played with the pyramid.
