Sortable Projects Folder #1262

A new feature

As it was discussed in other posts (here https://github.com/polyend/TrackerIssues/issues/1255 and here https://github.com/polyend/TrackerIssues/issues/1253 and many other places online) the Tracker is unable to support more than 100 projects.

Can we at least get a sortable Songs/Projects folder? Where the user could sort by name and created/updated date? Or at least the folder content should be sorted by the last used Projects on top? At least it would give us the ability to work on a project I created 2 days ago for example.

Or at least be able to have several project folders... which seems to be the most sensible option - without breaking the tracker limitation on 100 files per folder. It would also allow for easier sorting (e.g., a folder can be post-fixed with date, e.g. Projects_2022).

Having to delete and copy projects to the sd card all the time is tedious and flow-breaking in terms of creativity

(not underestimating the tremendous effort required to keep updating the firmware, and all the cool features the polyend team has already implemented - many thanks to them)
