MIDI IN channel per track or instrument #1291

Assign an instrument/sample per track, and individually sequence tracks/instruments via MIDI IN channels (when using the tracker as an external instrument/sampler slave of a MIDI sequencer)

This would be awesome, I created a separate issue #1318 to make the selection of MIDI channels a bit easier/quicker by allowing us to use the white buttons with the shift key to select instruments 51 to 66 (MIDI 1 to 16).

Any news regarding this ? It would be such nice feature to be able to assign instrument/sample per track via midi channel to jam with an external midi controller.
