Colour blind mode #1337

This is most obvious while editing slices; I have issues with distinguishing red and green, so navigating slices is really hard. Could the green be changed to a more yellowish tone or blue? Not sure there are any other areas that would benefit/need some slight changes but it would vastly improve slicing for me.

same for me and would expand this also to all other areas where green & red are used for highlighting (pattern editing most obviously).

I wouldnt need complete custom-themes as suggested in #1343 - just presets for the various possible diagnosis of color blindness. many video games include these option nowadays.
