My Octatrack sync is sending both clock and transport and is connected to the Tracker midi jack in.
All midi options on the tracker are set to receive clock and transport.
The two machines are playing together but there’s always a flam.
To check the above load the same kick sample in both machines and program a simple 4/4 kick. Press play and then try to adjust the delay compensation.
Around -9 the sync issue is decent and the Tracker becomes usable. Other values are too extreme or do nothing.
I tried the same with Ableton live, this time the midi settings were switched to USB.
Same situation. Only Live delay compensation solves it.
also. Delay compensation values of -0.5 and -6.5 are messing up the sync and both machines are out of sync within two bars.
