Even Octave RTA analyzer would be enough to see whats going on in project

Something like this:

It can be useful not only on master, but also in instrument parameters (maybe to add 1 more page just for analyzer)

I know that this feature doesn't correspond with classical trackers, but some of them had oscilloscope, so...
