Encoder work-around - midi in cc for encoder so can use external encoder #1549

Hi!

I’m a Tracker owner that had encoder issues, accidentally broke screen trying to fix encoder, sent Tracker to Polyend to fix screen and encoder, and now have encoder problems again.

If it was possible to have midi in cc for the encoder, then at least I could use an external encoder.
