Split line input into dual mono #1563

We already have the ability to use either the mono left or mono right or stereo option for the line input. But personally I'd love to see a dual mono option as well. This way you can hookup 2 different devices and use the Tracker as a small mixer as well. Next to the dual mono option it would be usefull to have seperate fx sends for both mono inputs and if possible a panning option as well.

I ended up buying a sub-mixer to deal with this, but +1 for being able to handle (2) mono inputs.
