Hi, sorry you had trouble!

Steps to reproduce

Just turning the device on is enough, the screen starts then slightly flickering and the pop sound starts as well.

How are you powering your Tracker? Seems to me like an underpowered unit behaving strangely. Check alternative power use, make sure it's getting enough power. If on this video it's powered from a battery brick or computer port, check the original AC. If it's the original AC check another powering source. If it's not the source check another USB C cable too.
