Could you please add an option to create a MIDI instrument template? Aka manual MIDI learn/map functionality.
For example, I have a bunch of Roland boxes; THe midi implementation indicates a list of MIDI all integers.
So, I want to create a MIDI instrument template Drum Machine X, indicating a list of MIDI num it supports (either as MIDI num) 36, 38, 41 or as notes (existing way). And save it as a template.
i.e., instead of using MIDI range like it now, add an option custom and list of values, so it acts as a filter. So, If you have only eight voices ( 8 MIDI notes that can trigger Drum sound), the pad should have only eight enabled buttons. Right now, if you connect any Drum machine, you have only one option to restrict MIDI note C3-C4, for example, but all pad button enable, so you need to memorize what button trigger what.
Lastly, people can create MIDI instruments for different machines and share them.
