Move an individual note up/down… #1612

This would be good to move an individual note rather than copy, paste then delete.

something like JOG+ SHIFT in REC mode to move a note up/down the tracks to place it where’s needed!

I guess it would be better to have opportunity to move selected region better. Luck it too!
