Keep Midi Clock (Out) running while loading pattern #242

This is a neat feature on the Squarp Pyramid, where the midi clock continues to run while a new pattern is being loaded. It's great for playing live (in theory : I have never used the Pyramid to play live lol) as it means you can have a drum machine or another sampler etc synced from the Tracker, which then keeps running between patterns while you load them and bridging the gap between tracks when playing live

I would also like the MIDI Clock to keep running because I have some older vintage gear slaved to the Tracker (TB-303, TR-909, etc.) and their UIs go "dead" when there is no sync signal coming in (that is, none of the LEDs flash or update anymore). If the Tracker continued to output the Clock bytes even after sending the Stop, then those slaved instruments would remain usable when the Tracker is stopped.
