[1.1.15] Sample Editor: Does not play adjusted sound before hittting 'Apply' #71

Hi guys,

Trying to apply bitcrusher/overdrive/etc. to a sample. Expecting to hear any changes before committing them to the project. Instead the original sample plays no matter what adjustments are made.

The sample editor page should show any adjustments you make to the sound BEFORE hitting apply (unless I am completely insane, that is what was occurring initially). Now it doesn't show any changes until after hitting 'Apply.' And in half the cases it does not make any changes at all.

One video shows that no changes are made to the sample.
The other video shows the sample editor does make changes after the 'Apply' button is pressed.

I think this bug did not occur until Firmware version 1.1.15 or maybe 1.1.14, but now it occurs on all versions of the firmware (I flashed to 1.1.11 to test),

It occurs every time.

Happens in every project including the projects from Polyend.

P.S. I have included a couple of photos of recent freeze points I have experienced. Both required unplugging to affect the Tracker (soft power-off didn't work either time).

I've just flashed 1.1.16 and am still having the same issues.

So for anyone reading, I made a mistake and obviously you need to hit the 'Preview' button to hear affected sounds before applying changes. Hitting the pads will play the sample in its original state.

Still, some samples are not applying the changes made.

Any thoughts why some samples won't apply changes?
