Test the test run configs without the usage of --continue (from command line and IDE).

ensure that dev environment via IDE and CLI run all tests even if one test fails.
ensure that CI environment allows for early build failure.

Note: Changes will need to be made in all projects

Per talking with @nbilyk, ripping the --continue flag seems to allow tests to be able to run beyond the first failure, so it should be ripped from all Run All Tests-like run configs
