When delegating to Gradle and using composite dependency conversion, populateWebDir will not trigger an acornui build. #40

This is to be expected, but there's a test that should be run. Does this work without the composite dependency conversion?

If it does, currently we only do the composite dependency conversion to be able to "Go to" source vs things like a decompiled class file or source jar. This is something JB should fix and might need to be filed with them.
