Pull the noncommercial permissions---Noncommercial Use, Personal Uses, and Noncommercial Organizations---out of Free Trial, Internal, and Small.
Rename to "Polyform-Small-Business" and "Polyform-Internal-Use". As with "Polyform-Free-Trial", I think being clear at first glance is worth way more than brevity in identifier.
Drop the word "variants" from the README, and just say "licenses". Also update the table showing which licenses have which bits.
