Missing Documentation #88

Please fix the documentation under http://sherlockphp.com/documentation/index-operations/

I'm afraid the documentation isn't broken...it was just never finished :)

I would not recommend using Sherlock, it is basically unsupported currently, and I know it was never updated for 1.0 breaking changes. I'd definitely recommend the official client over Sherlock.
