Renamed parameter in the workspace structure, from interfaces:definitions:DEFINITION:parameters to arglist.

Bumped libraries.

Fixed a couple of bugs, introduced after 0.2.17-alpha, resulted in old workspaces from 0.1.0-alpha9 weren't populated correctly.
