Update ws and rest spec with latest updates #194

Fixes https://github.com/polygon-io/client-jvm/issues/192 and https://github.com/polygon-io/client-jvm/issues/193. Updated ws and rest spec with latest update. No code changed needed for ws fmv change. The code was already correct it was just the docs that needed to be fixed.
