The original repo states that:

This repository has been archived by the owner on May 10, 2023. It is now read-only.

and leaves a pointer to the current home for the project.

Why that link and not https://github.com/nomic-ai/gpt4all?

Well, I figured that the pointer to the new home (a subtree) of the original project would be more precise (and, thus, preferrable) than a pointer to the whole repo.

But, by all means, pitch in! I'm open to suggestions.
