Option tom open terminal in new tab not split pane #3

Great ap and thanks.

Right now the new integrated terminal opens in a pane under the existing open note. Can you add an option to just open in a new tab and not split the screen?

Added in ba871ff161d536ea8d6576d8f7467f4425797370. You will need to update to 3.1.0 and change the New instance behavior setting.
