Update phpstan config #16

create and the PHPstan baseline file to ignore all errors at the beginning

Closing in favor of #18. Reason: There was no baseline error file in v0.4. Errors reported in this PR are due to a wrong config, as well as new errors reported due to updates. It's better to fix them instead of hiding them.
