update documentation/guides #32

There are a few guides, but they all are a bit outdated.

The minimum goal should be to rework the guide about the installation.

convert the readme to pdf

add notices to things that won't be "fixed"

The Readme in the root-dir still needs to be changed. The rest is quite done.
