-devfee option not working #2

Miner cannot recognize -devfee option It says: Invalid command line option '-devfee'

-devfee is available if you compile the source.

The command got (accidentally) removed with Version 1.3

Good catch. This got scooped by a script I made that remove ALL comments in specific files. Will re-added it. Also, tnx for spotting it.
