Screensaver not installing #9

Hi, Unfortunately my PascalCoin screensaver won't install. It has downloaded with no issues and I've followed the instructions for configuration. When I click install it appears in the Screensaver section in Control Panel...but when I exit and go back into the Screensaver section in Control Panel the PascalCoin screensaver option has disappeared. Not sure how to proceed from this point so any advice would be grateful.

I should mention that I'm using Windows 10 on a Dell XPS 15 9550 laptop.
