Users are not recognized when I add a CSV file that I downloaded from slack. I see the picture as in the screenshot. I need to do a mass mailing. For three users, I could do it manually.

I noticed that I'm not fetching external users info. I have already submitted a new version to the webstore. Please keep an eye out for version 0.1.8.

By the way, am I correct that these 8309 users are external users?

I tried to use both, but have the same result

I exported the first file directly from workspace -> manage members. And tried to use it in the same workspace. The second file is my attempt to simplify the email list as shown in the instruction video.

Did you try the version 0.1.8? You might need to remove and reinstall.
