Feature description

I would love to have a option so I can select how long a sponsers needs to be before Newpipe skips it.

Why do you want this feature?

When some says something like this video is sponserd by NordVPN it doesn't skip that, but when someone has a long adbreak it does skip that.

Why ist the feature relevant to this fork?

Because this will make the user experience better.
