Feature description

I like manual sponsor skip as it doesn't do it automatically but still gives me the option of skipping the highlighted section. In the highlighted section, 'skip segment' should come up like this

Why do you want this feature?

It gives me more leeway.

Why ist the feature relevant to this fork?

Sponsorblock naturally has this feature.
