Feature description

DeArrow is a tool from the author of SponsorBlock which serves as a crowdsourced title and thumbnail replacement database for YouTube videos.

to reduce exposure to clickbait

Why ist the feature relevant to this fork?

this fork has SB and RYD, and DeArrow serves a similar purpose, to reduce exposure clickbait and save time

What does upstream think of this?

SB and RYD are only implemented here because upstream explicitly does not want their functionality in regular NewPipe.

In other words "Open an issue upstream and wait for them to refuse it before we move forward here" in case that wasn't clear.

I hope this would be implemented, the remade titles are great. No response in the upstream issue suggest that they won't implement this.

@Atemu SB and DeArrow use the same servers (ajayyy/SponsorBlockServer)
