[Feature request] Manually set own private userID and userName for the SponsorBlock

Feature description

Add ability to manually set our unique private userID and userName for SponsorBlock.

Why do you want this feature?

The userID is basically our login, so it may help to restore our account and it related data and statistics for example how much time we saved by skipping ads and how much time we saved from other people. Also link submited new segment to the same user.
