SponsorBlock segments not updated when switching videos

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Have at least 2 videos in the queue
2. Play any video except the last
3. When the video ends, the segments are not updated

Expected behavior

The SponsorBlock segments are updated when changing videos.

Actual behavior

When switching to the next video, the SponsorBlock segments are not updated. They only update when exiting and then entering fullscreen again.
