Omitted Tuplets #122

As we are doing diplomatic transcriptions, instances when tuplets are omitted for practical reasons from the original score, tuplets will be manually removed from the SIB file. For added flexibility in HUmdrum/VHV, please annotated the first note of the omitted tuplets with the text expression Xtuplet using white font in each part where tuplets are omitted. If the tuplets are added back on the score before the end of the example, annotate the first note of the added tuplet with the text expression tuplet using white font in each part where the tuplets have been added back.

Keep a record of examples with *Xtuplet markings in the proofreading spreadsheet. Also, list the example numbers in the comment below.
