Display starting bar number #50

When the musical excerpt does not start at measure 1 of the music, then a bar number should be displayed on the first measure, which current is not happening.

Example:

https://polyrhythm.humdrum.org/example/?id=789

This example starts in measure 18, but number not displayed:

T333, SIB .pdf starts 1st measure as bar 1 and VHV starts 1st measure as bar 222: here is comparing bar 7 from .pdf and bar 228 from VHV

Craig: In the metadata spreadsheet, T333 is listed as starting on measure 222 and ending at 245. If this is not correct, then fix in the spreadsheet, which in turn will be used to fix the Humdrum data (automatically). @epoudrier can check if the example should start at 7 or 222 (or maybe this is a case where there is a dual measure for the position in the work and in the movement, but this is a sonata, so not likely).

Please note in the example before, piano, second eight note, if the fact the slur collides with the lowest note sharp accidental is an issue. @epoudrier

Craig: I would say that this is not an issue. This is a problem in verovio rendering of the notation. the slurs are placed automatically, and in the future they may be improved. Currently in verovio, the slurs cannot be manually positioned, so it is not otherwise currently possible to fix.

This example, T333, presents different text fonts between files, not sure if it is an issue. @epoudrier

Craig: Yes, I should preserve the font information (such as italic, bold) when converting from MusicXML to Humdrum.

We should also preserve the capitalization from the original to Sibelius to Humdrum and VHV.

It is likely that there will be several examples that show the first transcribed measure erroneously as m. 1. I will go through the metadata to check measure number and @craigsapp will batch edit. Editing in Sibelius will be done later (another general edit).
