Preserve italic/bold setting of expression text #65

with an example of text that should be preserved as being italic when converting from MusicXML to Humdrum.

ex. T351, Bartok, text expression tempo marking bar 1 is not complete in VHV, missing tempo indication: quarter note = 152.

There is a complication in that the tempo marking should be above the time signature. Since it is not, it is probably technically an encoding error in Sibelius.

But in any case, having the quarter = 152 convert is desireable.
